Grant Brown
Grant Brown has over 31 years experience in real estate sales and management. In 2015 Grant established his own owners corporation management company and has a portfolio of owners corporation including: residential; mixed use; commercial and industrial. Grant has put together a team of professionals to provide owners corporations with exceptional service. As well Grant has a list of tried and tested tradespeople and service providers on hand to support any owners corporation needs.
History
Grants’ early history began as a student at Camberwell Grammer School. He joined Crawford Film and Television Productions and worked in most aspects of production including drama school, casting and theatre productions. He then spent a year in Prestige Car Sales, specializing in English and Continental vehicles. Moving on he then spent a year working as a chef upon the oil platforms in Bass Strait. Grant then joined the family business “Browns Jewellers” in Camberwell. Browns Jewellers was established in 1920 making it the oldest business in Camberwell today, and still run by the third generation of the family to this day.
Grant then entered the real estate industry in 1985 undertaking a real estate course and has remained in property industry ever since. In 2000 Grant moved in to Owners Corporation management, then called Body Corporates, and was the longest serving senior property manager for Doherty’s Owners Corporation Specialists. Due to the sale of Doherty’s in 2013 Grant decided to start his own Owners Corporation Management business of which he sets a high standard of service. This includes making regular site visits, engaging with trades and service and generally being available. He always believes that a property should be managed the same as if he was an owner himself.
